Andrew began his real estate journey in high school, gaining experience at his father’s residential construction business, Tibma Design Build. After graduating from Umass Amherst, he further refined his skills with a national commercial real estate lender. In 2016, he delved into multifamily real estate, establishing his own business within a small partnership. Andrew has been instrumental in acquiring, permitting, financing, developing, and leasing over 700 residential units, valued at more than $350 million, across Massachusetts. In 2024, he joined Real, bringing extensive knowledge of buying and selling real estate in Massachusetts.
Andrew prides himself on his strong work ethic, responsiveness, and attentiveness to clients’ needs.
Born and raised in Needham, MA, Andrew currently resides in Charlestown. He attended Needham High School and graduated from Umass Amherst in 2013. In his leisure time, he enjoys boating, fishing, and spending quality time with family and friends
