Our Choices

The NAR (National Association of Realtors) settlement has changed the traditional requirement for sellers to pay commissions to buyer’s agents, promoting a more equitable approach that allows sellers to save on costs. We provide two commission models in light of these changes: one where sellers compensate only their Listing Agents, and another that includes the option to pay a buyer’s agent commission if it gives you more confidence in your home sale.

Option One: List your home with us, and you’ll be responsible for the listing agent’s commission only.

Option Two: List your home with us, and you’ll cover the commissions for both the listing agent and the buyer’s agent.
